Refund policy

Due to the volatile nature of farming, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Returns: No returns allowed due to the nature of fresh flowers. If you are unable to pick up your bouquet, please have a friend pick it up for you. Our bouquets are limited and we provide you with the highest quality flowers available at the time. 

Refunds: No refunds will be allowed. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the number of bouquets during the season, we will endeavour to substitute flowers and roll your order forward into the next farming season. We will keep you informed and updated regarding farming and harvest conditions. We will always make it 'right' and provide you with the best and freshest value for the bouquets that you have purchased.
