Shipping Policies

Shipping for orders placed with Canada Post shipping will begin once the Canada Post strike ends. Shipping times may be longer than usual.

Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. We will process orders as quickly as possible. 

Seed Shipping Options:

Standard - $4.95 CAD (Free for orders over $100)

• Seeds will be shipped in a padded mailer via Canada Post standard service.
• No tracking number and no insurance.
• 1-6 business days. *Due to the Canada Post service interruption, shipping times may be longer than usual and we cannot provide information on the location of your package when shipped without a tracking number.

Bouquet Shipping Options:

2025 Soul Blossom PREMIUM Bouquet Subscription

You will receive 4 PREMIUM curated seasonal bouquets with your subscription, typically between late-July and mid-September. Bouquets will be ready as they bloom and are harvested. We are all dependent upon Mother Nature, and we will keep you updated on harvest, pickup dates and locations, well in advance.

• Westlock County: Wednesday delivery or arranged on-farm pick-up. We will be in touch to arrange this with you.
• Other areas/Special Delivery: Use Our Contact Form! We may be able to deliver directly to your door, (Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary, Banff, Canmore and points in between) depending upon your location, our harvest and the minimum number of orders we receive.
